Article 1 – General
By ordering you indicate that you agree to the terms and conditions of Angels Support. We have no minimum order value, the amount is inclusive VAT . This applies to all our orders for our goods. he goods remain owned by Angels Support until full payment has been made. Delivery of the products takes place as long as the stock of the items ordered last. Out of Stock orders take some more time to order.
Article 2 – Delivery
Angels Support is sending in the Netherlands, Europe and the rest of the world through courier Post NL, or the most inexpensive courier. By default, standard mail/ Track and Trace or weight. Above 10 € Your products are automatically sent through Track and Trace and we strive to deliver your order within 10 days after your payment is received, in the Netherlands or Belgium. Europe we maintain a delivery period within 15 days. Sometimes there are circumstances in which the packet delivery can take longer. When it isn’t in stock we can deliver in 15-35 days Angels Support can not be held liable for any delays occurred to a package and the subsequent consequences.
However, you can always contact us about an Internet order, you do need to mention your order order number/address/ quantity. It may be that an item is out of stock, in this case, we will try to get in touch with you through email. If not, and we can’t deliver the goods anymore we will credit this amount back as soon as possible. When delivery is without track and trace we do not refund.
Article 3 – Payment: A) Payments can be made through bank / Paypal and Credit Card or through a email payment upon request that we will send to you. You will pay the total in advance on our bank account quoting the order number. The shipping costs depend on : weight and which country it is sent. It takes 15 days before we can transfer money back with paypal.

- B) Ideal: This is the banking system that links you directly to your online banking program with your online purchase. We do not yet work with it.
- C) Paypal: This is a very simple way of paying over the Internet without paying fees, and linked to a bank account of your choice. You can also pay with a credit card through Paypal. The shipping payment through Paypal amounts are the same as a bank paid order. We can also send an email for payment by Paypal, Send an email to angel.suprt.jz@gmail.com specifying the desired order number and quantity. The shipping cost we charge then separately on this order.
- D) Non-payment: In case of non-payment, we are entitled to reclaim the goods immediately and with judicial intervention. All costs that are necessary to obtain payment shall be borne by the buyer, which included costs for lawyer, bailiff and the like. If payments is not received into our account within 30 days after the invoice date, the invoice amount interest amounting to 1% of the unpaid amount each month. A part of a month is considered as a whole month.
Article 4 – Cancellation of an order: The order got placed but if it was not sent to you yet , it can be canceled within 48 hours. To cancel an order you must contact us in writing (by letter, email ) to inform the following address:

We Angels Support, are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages/ any kind arising from / in any way connected with the use of this site or the temporary inability to access this site.
